DMCA Policy

"Jackie O Exits Show" respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) of 1998, the text of which can be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website at http://www.copyright.gov/legislation/dmca.pdf, we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using the "Jackie O Exits Show" service that are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent identified below.

This policy outlines the procedure for filing copyright infringement notifications and counter-notifications.

Filing a Notice of Copyright Infringement

If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the "Jackie O Exits Show" service by completing the following DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to our Designated Copyright Agent.

  7. Send your complete DMCA Notice: Email your complete DMCA Notice to our Designated Agent at dmca@jackieoexitsshow.com.

Filing a Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted on the "Jackie O Exits Show" service was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our Designated Copyright Agent by submitting the following information in writing:

  • Identification of the removed material: Identify the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location (e.g., URL) at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
  • A statement of good faith belief: Include a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your contact information: Provide your name, address, and telephone number.
  • Consent to jurisdiction: Include a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which "Jackie O Exits Show" may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification under subsection (c)(1)(C) or an agent of such person.
  • Your electronic or physical signature: Provide your full legal name and your electronic or physical signature.
  • Send your complete Counter-Notification: Email your complete Counter-Notification to our Designated Agent at dmca@jackieoexitsshow.com.
